Inclement Weather Information

Based on information available at this time, all City of Hoover facilities and offices will resume operations at 9:00 am on Wednesday, January 17th.
Employees are urged to use caution and judgment when determining if it is safe to travel on area roadways.
Because some local school systems will be closed or have delayed openings tomorrow, City of Hoover supervisors will work to accommodate employees who might be further delayed due to childcare issues.
If conditions change overnight, this information could be updated. Please maintain an awareness of the information on the weather line and by checking this web page often.
All personnel with city-issued cell phones should keep their phones charged and available for possible further instructions.
