The application process takes place annually in the fall and applications are only available on the City of Hoover website. The applications must be returned to the Hoover City Hall, located at 100 Municipal Drive , Hoover, AL 35216, no later than Thursday, November 10^th by 4:00 P.M. Once the new Belles are selected, an orientation meeting is held the first of the year and a formal presentation of the Belles takes place in May.
