Please attach your signed copy of the Facility Rental Agreement.
agree to ensure that Article VII, §11-153 of the Municipal Code of the City of Hoover, Alabama, applicable Hoover Parks and Recreation Rules and Regulations, and the provisions set forth in the Veterans Park on Valleydale Rules & Regulations and General Rules for Use Agreement (“Regulations”) relative to the event herein requested will be adhered to by myself, my guests and/or my organization;
understand that the failure to follow the Regulations at the event herein requested may result in forfeiture of the security deposit given, cancellation of the event, and/or loss of future reservation privileges of Hoover public facilities; and
certify that (i) I have read all parts of this application and have understood all parts and (ii) all information provided thereon is true and correct.
Request of staff must be submitted 30 days before the event.
All staffing fees should be payable to City of Hoover. Staffing fees must be received at least seven (7) days prior to event date.
A non-refundable deposit fee must be submitted with the rental request form when securing space at Veterans Park on Valleydale. The balance of renal and staffing fees plus a $250 refundable cleaning/damage deposit must be received at least seven (7) days prior to event date. Deposits will be applied towards event rental fees. All rental and staffing fees should be payable to City of Hoover.
